Fact type sentence - how can I create a list of details?

Rootsmagic 9. I created the fact type ‘Poor Relief’. The details come from the ‘Overseers’ Paupers Ledger’ (England). I checked through the available predefined fields in the ‘help’, and I can’t see an option for defining a list. I envisage being able to use something that iterates multiple times when required within the one fact used. In this case, 4 columns are required.

Also, to be able to create fields to enter the following categories from the ledger: Occupation, Character, Residence and Settlement how acquired. In these records, children are listed and it would be so cool to have a means to manually, but easily, list those children.

This is something I typically put in the fact notes. It will come after the sentence template for the fact in the narrative report.

Thanks rzamor1. This is what I’ve done, which isn’t as neat as I would like, but I can’t help thinking that the RootsMagic folks have deliberately kept the selection of options for creating facts very simple. I’m not a computer geek, but I enjoy using the encoding that ABC notation presents for creating music scores.
