In creating a custom report, I have three rows. Row one cells match the header. On rows two and three, I have alternating text labels that I would like to justify closer to the following corresponding field. All looks okay from a design standpoint.
However, when I print out the report, all cells are left justified. What have I missed?

I just noticed this issue as well: Header (title) and Footer alignment do not change either.
Header, or Title
Footer, or page number
I ask the title to be centered, but it stays left. I ask the footer to be right, and it also stays left.
