To get rid of errors in my Ancestry tree, I periodically disconnect my RootsMagic tree from the Ancestry tree, delete the Ancestry tree, then upload my RootsMagic tree anew. I have done this several times in the past with no problems. Now when I do this, everything appears to work fine except when it finishes the Ancestry tree shows the tree is empty, and RootsMagic show the tree is not connected to Ancestry. I am using RootsMagic 11, update 11.1.1.0.
Try the upload again but make sure to go to Settings, WebHints and click on Reset TreeShare before the upload. If you still get an empty Ancestry Tree open a support ticket and share a backup of the database so we can test it.
und man braucht viel Geduld ; nach 2 Tagen sind bei mit 15292 Personen von 15634 in Ancestry angekommen. Ich hele in Treeshare ein weing mit ;; indem ich in TrreeShare weitere nicht verknüpfte Personen adde.
Also optimal arbeite TreeShare nicht. Das liegt aber wohl an der API. Ancestry könnte das durchaus verbessern; zumal wir gutes Geld zahlen
As recommended, I tried to upload again after I reset TreeShare before the upload. I got the same results. I then ran Compact database and created a backup. When I tried to send a support ticket, I got “The upload took too long, connection was lost.” The backup is 67.3 mb.
Note the backup was without media files.

I restarted my computer and did everything again. I got timed out again.

When I tried to send the support ticket request, the system kept timing out while uploading my backup file. Is there another way to send the file? I really want this tree on Ancestry.
Let the support agent know the file it to large to attach. They will send a link to use to upload.
