A marriage fact exists with a date (only the year) and the name of his wife. When I go into Tree Share it shows only the date - the name of the spouse is missing so naturally the incomplete fact is copied to Ancestry. This seems like a bug to me. Can it be fixed?
The Ancestry data model only uses individual events not family events such as RM’s Marriage Fact. If you check the other person on Ancestry you should find a marriage event with the date.
