Despite having a birth date entered (and removing, then replacing it to see if it works) the age still does not show. Any thoughts?

Try File => Tools => Rebuild Indexes to see if that helps.
I’ve seen this happen also on the latest version. My experience has been no age on burial facts.
I think that after you die age is sort of irrelevant. Pretty much like your age at birth.

If you have a death fact listed there won’t be an age on the burial fact or any facts after the death.
The witness fact after birth should have an age. Run the Database Tools under File, Tools.

Is there - accidentally or intentionally - a second birth fact? I have had the before.
