Need some assistance. I recently did some updates in Ancestry and wanted to migrate those updates into my RM. Once RM logged into Ancestry to detect the changes, it brings up the list of detected updates. When I try to add a new person to my RM, I get the below message. It only happens for one person. Is there a workaround to this?
I don’t use TreeShare, but just as a “heads-up”…
Any occurrence of an Access violation error is ALWAYS a “close RM completely immediately” event.

Add the person to RM (just need the name) and TreeShare should ask you to link to the Ancestry person.
When you get the error, close RM, then open database and run all the Tools.

its possible these is something in db for that person – are you adding them manually. Either way as Kevin & MadDog said close db , reopen run all tools before doing anything else. then Try adding

Thanks! I took this path and worked…eventually lol. Once I manually added the name in RM, I had did another treeshare and it found the person to link. It just didn’t link the first go-round. I closed it out and did it again and worked the second time.
