Yes, that exactly where it changed only inside RM on the filename. Not the actual file that was downloaded. Editing the file extension there is how you fix the issue.

I know I’m a bit late joining the party, but I think I’ve found the easiest solution to the problem yet. I use List view in Media, and then simply select Sort → By Filename. This way, all the broken links are listed at the top.
