I’m using RootsMagic 9 version 9.0.7.0 on Windows 10.
In the “TreeShare for Ancestry” window, I can’t get the “Close” button or the “X” to close the window.
Windows Task Manager is showing the RootsMagic process consuming between 0 and 0.1% CPU and no disk or network activity.

For your information - Same version of RM9 - using Windows 11. Close and “X” work fine fine for me and close the TreeShare window as expected.
I’ve never used TreeShare. Does
Publish->TreeShare for Ancestry->Log out
have any effect?

Using “Log out” freezes the program - this is a known issue that has previously been reported. Closing RM9 logs you out automatically and you have to sign in when you restart.
