Every time I try to add information from RM8 to Ancestry I have to log in again. Does someone know why I have to do that?

My Understanding is that RM is not alone is having this Problem - I saw where a competitor had the same type of issue.

Renee: feature was turned off by Ancestry or RM8? Family search has the same problem which started at the same time implying that it is a RM8 bug.

That’s hard to say, consider it more a mutual agreement for now.
