Because I’ve never used FamilySearch hints this just a guess. Delete the 1920 United States Census fact from Nora ?
Has to be done in FSFT by detaching the source from the person which will cause the hint to be regenerated and then rejected. There may be a significant time lag between the detachment of the source and the regeneration of the hint.
