I had no issues with the 11.1.0 version and the tree share citation links issues with Ancestry as reported by some.
I updated to 11.1.1 after seeing it listed in home menu and since the upgrade, Tree share is now saying that there are no citations on Ancestry for any of my tree !!
Could you look at this and sort ? or roll back to when it did work ??

@Den1968 --Sorry I didn’t have this issue when I updated BUT then again I didn’t have an issue with 11.1.0 version as far as citations-- I had used tree share in 11.1.0 version
So I am assuming you read thru this New RootsMagic Update (11.1.1)
JUST a Suggestion BUT since your database was okay before the update a little while ago, could you restore from backup your file from right before you updated–rename it something slightly different-- just my guess on what MIGHT work based on what Renee posted in the NEW UPDATE INFO and maybe you want to wait until others more qualified answer

All the write ups list that it is an issue with some people using 11.1.0 and the update is to fix this.
Mine was ok and is now broke after the update to 11.1.1…
Opposite of the reported issues !!!

Can you test restoring a backup made before 11.1.0. (separate folder than current database) See if after going to Settings, Webhints, Reset TreeShare if opening TreeShare will not show any additional pink icons. The number of pink icons should be exactly what you saw in 11.0.4 at that point, typically some general sources and marriage sources.

It was the same as last night when I opened RM this morning..
No icons for Citations even showing for Ancestry ( blank for anyone - as if none were even present on Ancestry )
I tried the reset treeshare again, and after waiting a while whilst it looked for changes… 14000 peoples worth of time lol …
Everything came back. I just had to clear the changes so I didn’t have to click through everyone manually..
Looks like all good now. Seems like it took some time re-aligning things, but gets there eventually. Probably down to database size ??
May happen the same to others and cause panic

My problem is that I cannot always update an existing or add a new event on Ancestry. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I cannot see any common reason why some are added and some are not.
I have found that, by unlinking the person from Ancestry and then relinking the person all the events are added
Also, some people which I added to Ancestry now show as not connected to anyone in my Ancestry tree.
I have version 11.1.1. I’ve restored a backup from two months ago and reset Treeshare.
I do not have a problem with extra pink citation icons.

I used TreeShare (with Ancestry) under 11.1, and have now updated to 11.1.1.0. Can you tell me how I would check for pink citation icons in my RM database? Thanks!
Hi. Just open treeshare and if you have the issue, there will be loads of changes showing (citation symbol highlighted pink instead of green etc). It does seem to sort itself out eventually. Just a warning, the first time you go on treeshare, it may take a while to update from ancestry

Dick, open a support ticket with an example of what doesn’t upload. We would need a backup and Editor permission on the Ancestry Tree.

The citations with pink icons where Ancestry sources. Ones that were green in 11.0.4 but now show pink. Those are the ones the 11.1.1.0 would not cause to happen. If opened in 11.1.0 previously you would need to update, restore the backup not opened in 11.1.0. and the click on Reset TreeShare under Settings, WebHInts. Then open in 11.1.1.0.
