Where can I find a detail list of what information is not transferred into Ancestry when I upload a tree from RM to Ancestry? I know about Tree Tags, comments, groups and color coding.

Look for the Magic Guide Using TreeShare for Ancestry at RootsMagic Magic Guides near the bottom of the page. While it’s six years old it is still pretty accurate. The new Associations feature in RM9 is not uploaded.
