When on the source screen, search for any word/s that will return multiple sources. Select one source and then select person attached field, exit person field, go to source name, change name of source but do not save, select person again, go back to source name, update source name.
After doing this a few times you will receive an expected error pop-up, select report the incident button, return to sources and continue to update the names as above. After a few more times (sometimes up to 10-20 even) you will receive another expected error pop-up this time it tells you that you should quit RM and restart the program. This appears to be a problem with memory and not releasing the memory resources.
