If you want the Abbreviated place name to appear in the narrative reports change the Fact Type sentence templates. Change < [Place]> to < [Place:Abbrev]> or < [Place:Short]>. It will effect all usage of that fact type.

Yes but that could be several Facts to change then change back to print in other reports where you don’t want to Abbreviated used.
