Closed: It is working today!
I use Treeshare with FamilySearch and Ancestry daily. I was using it to Share Data with a tree, and it was working as usual. I selected the next person and it said ‘loading…’ on both sides of the screen. It has stayed that way for 10 minutes. I’ve tried Tree reset, I tried the Logout button (and it reopens and logs in), I’ve rebooted my computer, I’ve closed Roots Magic and reopened it with no change.
Help.
