I have been using Windows for at least 30 years. In most applications, when you click on the ‘white’ space around the scroll button, the display moves down or up a page. in my RM8, it advances one line, not a page. It is disappointing that RM8 seems to be reinventing everything! Why was this necessary?
If this setting can be changed, where?

No, it can’t be changed…and as for why it is done this way? Good question, and one that many people are asking about a number of UI quirks. Lots of speculation, but no hard and fast answers from RM.
