Migration from an M2 to a M4 Macbook Air was nearly painless except for RM 10. Probably because it is still Intel only code and the OS on a new mac would not have Rosetta installed RM broke on transfer. It had to be completely uninstalled and reinstalled from a fresh download. There was no prompt for Rosetta translation but after all the settings were redone RM10 was fine. Nektony App cleaner removed most of RM but left several RM folders which I manually deleted from my home folder before installing the new download.
