Rm9 Freezing in Win 11 when loading a new Project from Ancestry Same on a MAC

New PC, with Win 11 OS.

Existing Project updated via Tree Share with no issue.

Started a new project and downloaded the Ancestry database and it got stuck at 99%, left it for two hours and had to CTRL ALT DEL to exit the programme.

Transferred to a new Macbook Air with Sonoma and started the first Project on it.

Same issue stuck at 99% for an hour, forced closure and restarted and allbseems OK.

Anyone ekse having these issues

Open a support ticket and share the tree with a support agent to have them test the download.
