RM11 - Compare Files Tool -Total "People" Count Discrepancy

“Compare Two Files” shows identical total number of individuals in each column of the display (77,000+) yet my RM “Files” display shows one number and the Ancestry file (also used in Treeshare) shows another number - off by 1. How to find the discrepancy?

I don’t know about the discrepancy, but the difference might be discernable by comparing:

Tools > Enhanced properties list

for each database

one out of 77K+?
That does not sound easy through RM:

  • is it a true missing person?
  • is alt name?
  • is is one person missing from uploaded tree?
  • so many possibilities and so little info to guess on
