RM10 Statistics Report

I ran the Statistics Report and found that it is not picking up information correctly, in the screenshot attached. The maximum age at marriage for all is showing as 73, but my uncle married his second wife at 79 years. My question is does the Statistics Report not take into account second and subsequent marriages.

Thanks

Looks like it. I ran the report on only one person with two marriages and got this:

The Individual age stats are operating only on the first marriage. The Marriage stats on both.

Glad someone else got the same result - thought I was going round the bend!

It rather begs the questions:

  1. Should the Individual Stats for “age at marriage” take into account all marriages for each person?
  2. Should the labels be changed in the current first marriage only statistics to:
  • Average age at first marriage
  • Minimum age at first marriage
  • Maximum age at first marriage

good question - I certainly would like option 1 but appreciate that others don’t therefore option 2 would probably be sufficient.

It would not be clear to most users that it only 1st marriage. I like to however both in most cases so an option plus label change seems like a needed enhancement

Statistics List has always been age at 1st marriage, just not shown it in the header. I reported it to development. They can decide if we change labels, Help or include all marriages?

Thanks for your reply

other should chime in.
Should definitely change label so that it is clear that it does not include 2nd and beyond marriages. There is logic to only including 1st marriage but I think many users might want to know the average age when there are multiples. That said - a toggle switch to include ONLY 1st marriage or All marriages would be ideal to many users.
