I have not used Family Search Web Hints in quite a while, so I am not sure when things changed (as in what RM version). When I use this function in RM 11, there is no longer a dialogue box for comparing facts and downloading sources.
Is there some kind of description on how the Web Hints are supposed to work now?

that will bring up their share data screen between RM and Fam Search

I have the “light bulb” for the person, but no Family Search icon.
I am logged onto FS. There is a FM icon on the navigation pane on the left hand side, and I was able to jump around there and get to the comparison box, but it takes a multitude of steps. See third image below.
The person you are showing isn’t linked to FS. So no hints will show for him
Nevertheless… I found a FS link by going thru the screen shown in the third image (see last reply), then by selecting the person as shown is the next image. The last image is when I clicked on “Share Data”. It also worked from that screen for ”Sources” – there were 12 possible.
So… I did get the information, but the number of steps was significant. Not was not my experience with prior RM versions.
The FamilySearch icon (blue) is on the far right of the NAMED PERSON in the Family or Pedigree view. Just click on it and it brings up the individual from yours and the FS database to compare.
Yes, I know. My point was that I had to go through multiple steps to get to this screen. See kevync1985 reply. My database does not look like that. It did look like that on RM 9, maybe RM10 - cannot remember if I used Web Hints on RM 10.

I get to FamilySearch Central in one click for a person matched to FamilySearch. Does yours not look like this? See very short video here.
Watched the video, but my screen did not did not look like that. I went back the menu for Web Hints menu in Settings. No help.
I finally poked around until I saw where I needed to enable Family Search Support in General Settings. Kinda crazy to put it there instead of in the Web Hints menu, but there you are.
Anyway, thanks for letting me know you got it working in RM 11. It made me keep looking. So.. all good and all done!
FamilySearch WebHints are totally different than the FamilySearch Person Tools. The FS WebHints is a lightbulb icon by their name. The hint is worked on their website and not inside RM. There is no sharing of data with a FS WebHint. You have to open the FS Person Tools Share Data tab afterwards to move any data back into RM.
