In RM 9 the FGS’s endnotes go to the back of the book and are only labeled as “Endnotes” without any chapter identification. Since the FGS endnotes also do not run consecutively in a consolidated list at the end of the book, chapter headings are essential to finding the endnotes cited in a chapter’s FGS’s. Has this been changed in RM10?
