I get the notice, and the circle that animates the update in progress, but the rotation never shows up even after exiting and restarting Win 10 and RM10.0.7.

Not sure why that is. Maybe requires clearing cache but I don’t know how one would do that for RM’s internal browser. As a workaround, visit RootsMagic Downloads and download the 32-bit or 64-bit version (the 32-bit was the more reliable one as of the previous update) to install from it.

Thanks Tom I tried your suggestion yesterday and the same behavior with both 16 and 32 bit versions of the update.
Do you have a VPN enabled, if you have try disabling it. Also check for any Firewalls etc.
No firewalls or vpn’s that I’m aware of.
I just downloaded from the website to my phone so the site is working correctly. Did you succeed to download the installer file RootsMagic10Setup.exe?

use another browser like chrome and go to the rootsmagic website. then choose download and the desired RM version. Switch to your windows explorer to find the RM download and open and run it directly (not from within your old RM). also have RM closed.
Perhaps your standard browser needs its cache or RM cookies cleared.
