Tried to download the update from main menu on RM9 programme, It starts downloading then turns itself off as usual etc then keep getting “unable to create temp file set up” Tried disabling my Norton firewall no joy. Still the same

Try going to the RM website and downloading from there. This has worked for people in the past where some glitch prevents them from using the update from within the program
I’ve seen your post on Facebook and answered there too. I think you have a permissions issue and that is why it cannot create the temp file. You need to run with admin rights. Check with whoever setup your computer and make sure your login has them. If you still have an issue go on chats on the RootsMagic.com website and we can remote try to assist.
