RM 10.0.1.0 backup quit unexpectedly

Hi, every body,
I just updated to version 10.0.1.0, so I started to work on my tree, at the end I went to backup the database but it just quit, next a window pops up with a lot of info in resume it says the app. crash, I will appreciate some input to get backup working,

Are you on Windows or a Mac and what version of the operating system?

Need more details.
Where is your database located (local, cloud) and where are you trying to backup to (local, cloud, external)?
Does RM open your database? If so run all the tools to start with.

Be sure to completely close out RM, after restart do as MadDog suggests (Tools->Database Tools) all options and then attempt a backup again.

Thanks for your reply, the database is local (macbook air), backup is local too, RM opens with no problem, I will run tools.
