There should be at least a couple of reports for Groups created by users, especially Groups which are rules based. Group Name; Rule(s) for the Group; Names of persons in the group; and other basic demographic information. Of course one may create Custom Reports. But, documentation is minimal, examples non-existent, and the process tedious.

Could you clarify what you are looking for exactly? I’m not sure what a “report for a group” would look like. Instead, there are several reports that can be filtered by a group.
One example is Custom Reports that you mentioned. Other such reports are the BirthDay and Anniversary List, the Calendar list, the DNA Kinship List, Health Conditions List, the Individual List, the Individual Summary, the Kinship List, the Missing Info List, and the Who Was There List.
I doubt that most of these are what you are looking for. But if you are just looking for who is in a group, the Individual List filtered by the group may be what you are looking for.
