The last two back-ups on my RM 10 have shown me a reduction in the KB numbers. This is surprising because I have added people and data to the program. Would appreciate your help.
Have you run the Compact database tool?
The other possibility is you started using the wrong database. You could restore backups into different folders and compare the Date Edited. You can add the Date Edited column to the People list view and sort on it to tell if the dates worked on are different.
what kb reduction in real and/or percentage.
Also if you ran tools prior to back up some reduction might be expected
