I have several people in my database who share the same name i.e. Bill Brown or Jack Jones. Some of these people have web links to storage folders and some don’t. When producing a Web Tag List it purely shows a name and tag details so I have no way to tell which Bill Brown the tag relates too. Is there any way to add say birth date / death date to identify the particular individual?
Go to Settings, General Settings, and under “Number to Display” select RIN. Their record numbers will then show after their names in the report. This will help tell them apart.
