Missing Info List Report

I want to use the Missing Info List on my whole database to find out who are missing certain facts, eg birth. However when I run the report I notice that the record number does not show. This is a nuisance as I have a lot of people with exactly the same names. Is there any way to add the record number to this report.

Thanks

never used the report before – thats crazy the report does seem to allow that. (RIN)
Workaround in RM – create a group, custom report and then you could have that info.

Confirming the issue with RINs not displaying on the Missing Info List has been reported to development.

Thanks to everyone who replied.

You could do it using Search then Save the Search-- make a group using saved search and color code if you want …

Then you go to PEOPLE LIST and view it there after you have customized the People List to show all the things you search for such as birth date, death date, 1900 census ( if you have customized census facts) etc…

You can NOT print this report BUT if wanted you could take screen shots of it.–

The advantage to this is that you can edit the person from the people list-- so if I wanted to add a task to Joe for missing birth and Sally for missing death-- I could…

Disadvantage is the People List will NOT show any couple fact such as marriage and if you shared a fact with the someone else only the principal person shows on the list-- in the screen shot, I added the 1841 census to Mel and shared to everyone else listed…

note also that the RIN # are showing on the people list even though I have show no number in the settings.

If I just wanted an easy way to see what info I was missing on everyone, I would do all facts at once…

But if I was going to add a task, then I would do one fact at a time…
