Probleme in TreeShare

Guten Tag, immer noch habe ich Probleme meinen RM Tree imit Ancestry zu synchronieren.

Ca. 15000 von 15100 Person sind mit ANCESTRY synchron.

Nur ein paar wenige und ausgerechnete direkte Vorfahren lassen sich nicht übertragen (“Add”)

bei den Nachkommen von Fanz Josef kann er als Vater ebenfals nicht hinzugefügt werden.

Ich habe schon mehrfach die Ancestry-Verbindung zurückgesetzt und neu hochgeladen.

Eine frische Datenbabk möchte ich nicht aufsetzen, da ich unter anderem ale meine group-rules verliere.

Wer weiß Rat?

I see that a daughter, Maria Agatha Amman, is linked. If you view that person in ancestry, is there a father defined? If Yes, click the “Show All” link in the treeshare menu and manually link them. If not, manually add Franz Joseph as her father in ancestry, just add the name and maybe the birth year. Next exit and relaunch treeshare and see if you can manually link Franz Joseph to your RM tree.

As an aside, it woud be interesting to understand what has been happening when you have been trying to add Franz Joseph. Do you get an error message or does treeshare just not complete?

Are these individuals that you dragged and dropped from databases connected to different Ancestry trees, prior to 11.0.3?

dann konnte ich ihn in Treeshare verlinken

das Ganz ging wohl nur, weil Fanz Josef in Ancestry gelöscht hatte

The behavior would confirm that is the case. They will never upload the way they are.

The options are:

1. Remove those individuals from that database. You could do so with a drag n drop to a new blank database. Then on the new database go to Settings, WebHints and click on “Disconnect from Ancestry tree”. Once those individuals are no longer connected you can drag them back into the database and add them to Ancestry.
2. Or disconnect the current database from the Ancestry tree and upload a new one.
