I am unable to print a new or existing book. I always get an error message saying printer unavailable. I was able to print separately one of the chapters: a pedigree chart for example. Is there anway to trouble-shoot this problem?
Does this error come up when generating the book or when try to print to the printer? If when using the printer are you able to create a PDF instead.
