I have added someone in Ancestry with the same name as others already in the tree. RM9 opens what I think is supposed to be a list of possible matches but there is nothing there. I wondered if I am missing something (I am new to RM) or this is a bug?
Did you enter the person only at Ancestry and they are not yet in your RM database? If so, click add to transfer the new person. If you did enter both places and are looking to link them but RM is not finding them, click on the blue highlighted button “show all.”
