I have an image in the Notes square on the page for an individual. It was placed there by me by accident. There are no notes and no notes were ever typed there. How do I remove the paper image indicating that there is a note to view? Deleting and using the back space do not work.
The note is not actually empty. Rather, it contains an empty line - technically a carriage return and a line feed. It’s a bug in RM9. You will not be able to get rid rid of the empty line until the bug is fixed in RM9.
Thank you Jerry. I guess I will make note of the name so I can go back to clear it when the bug is fixed. And, I will also be careful to not click unless I know there is something there.
