MyHeritage Web Hints not working on RM10.0.5.0

Hi

I see webhints on RM10.0.5 for Ancestry, Family Search, and Find my Past. I don’t see any for MyHeritage, where I had seen them prior to RM10. I have a MyHeritage subscription and have logged on to MyHeritage via Chrome while using RM10 web hints, but no web hints appear.

Has anyone else had this problem of no MyHeritage web hints appearing for their records?

Any suggestions of changes I may need to make (or something I need to clear) so that RM10.0.5 starts working for MyHeritage?

thanks

And I am using Norton 360 Deluxe. This is a Windows 11 version of RM10.

I am getting MyH hints tonight – but I have seen them not work before and next day they do. I suspect has more to do with MyH Side.

Thank you. I’ll keep an eye on it for a few days to see if it suddenly works.

I have not seen any MyHeritage webhints in many months. Running RM 10.0.5 on Windows 11. Maybe has something to do with the API?

MyHeritage webhints work fine for me today 27.Feb. 2025.

I also have not seen MyHeritage hints in many months. RM 10.0.5 on fully patched Windows 11.

I still have not seen any MyHeritage web hints, while all the others work fine. My RM10.0.5 is on a fully patched Windows 11.

I’m also still not seeing any hints from MyHeritage. I’ve got the Enable WebHints checkbox checked, the Enable MyHeritage WebHints checkbox checked, the Show record matches and Show Smart Matches checkboxes checked, and the Confidence set to 10. I’m running 10.0.5 on Windows 11. I was hoping the 10.0.5 update would have fixed this problem, since it " * Fixed: Internal changes needed to support changes made by MyHeritage to their API".

A lot of us are not seeing My Heritage web hints BUT wanted to ask if you checked your setting and made sure everything is checked since you said you were getting them prior to RM 10

Yes, all the web hints settings are checked.
