I have uploaded to My RootsMagic several times over the last few day. It tells me it has uploaded but thats as far as it goes. When I goe to the web site I’m told site does not exist. What could I be doing wrong. I’m using Rootsmagic 11. Thanks.
When you go to this screen (MyRootMagic) what do you see?
it will tell you the upload date(s) and then you can click the right arrow to navigate to the site. If you browser has popups disabled that might be one reason.
