Often when visiting with health professionals they ask about family history of medical problems - heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health, genetic, etc. Is there a way to capture this information in RM to allow an easy way to create a report that can be shared with others? I’ve found some charts through Pinterest. Or perhaps there are other ways to do this. Appreciate any insights that others may have.
