Many of the reports in the Publish section are really helpful, but they are just flat reports and no way to interact with them, or create groups from them. It would be great if there was a similar menu to choose from in the advanced search section, so I could easily just click on a pre-defined search and get the results without spending time figuring out all the parameters I need to make it produce these results. For example, the “Who was there” report presumably does the advanced search in the background and then “prints” the results. So there could be an item to choose from in a predefined advanced search list that just does the search and tables the results. Then I could create groups and interact directly with the people listed.
On Advanced Search there is a Saved Search option. Once you define the rules they can be reused. With the search results you can create a group or print or save it as a report.
