My Hourglass publishing feature is great, but is currently failing, that is, it is shrunk in height and lines are crossing over photos and data. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Will this be fixed soon?
I am trying to attach examples below
Ae you saying that you pick the starting person and it works fine, but picking the same person another time doesn’t work?
OR
Picking different starting persons isn’t consistent in the results? John Smith = OK but Larry Law = not OK? Bill Bridge = OK but Mary Johnson = not OK?
Mad Dog - It is the same starting person… Bill
From other posts it seems that the report viewer has these types of issues at times. If you haven’t done so already you might want to save as a PDF to rule out the problem being within the report viewer.
Huh, I would pick a different person and try it a few times to see if you get the same problem. I will try it on mine.
my main computer has had that issue ver 9 thru 10.0.1.
However the same versions on my 2nd computer does not produce that error.
This leaves me to either a driver error or some setting in the program XML file.

No problems. Ran it with 1 person 3 generations up & down, then 4 up and down.
Picked different person and ran successfully 3 up & down, 4 up and down.
ran on 3 different people in var configurations: Hourglass, Ancestor and Descendant charts – all seemed to be expected. Wondering if a Windows update corrected. Presently I am not able to replicate the previous error
