Have just installed RM 11 over RM 7…everything doing ok…some broken link messages…but, all checked out (99%).
Have noticed something after 2nd installing of program…when main pedigree chart (with me listed as Root person) my profile picture pops up in left bottom of screen (or other ancestor pic) anybody else running into this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Program seems to be doing fine…sure an upgrade since 7…have to use my whole brain!
Nice Job ! Your screenshot shows that the far left hand screen panel is dragged mostly closed and it apparently seems that the profile image is not being hidden by it. Meantime, you can drag that screen panel size back to the right a little bit so the photo shows properly in that panel.

Kevin
You were right…tightened up right margin…and closed the left…all better now.
How about another question?
I imported ALL my headshot pics (some 2200) of them into database. Never did import “other” pics of people, couples etc…was waiting for the time where I could incorporate them into narratives (which I understand can be done now).
I have my database (genealogy>surnames and then folders for families.
I was thinking of breaking them up into groups added to each individual’s family…
OR do most people stick ALL of the pictures in the main individual’s file and then pick and choose from there.

The issue is probably due to now small the sidebar panel is. There are two things you can try.
Click on the leftpointing arrow at the top of the main menu to close it. It will leave just the icons. Then open the sidebar panel up a little more. You can keep it collapsed by going to Settings, Program, Start with side menu collapsed.
Move the sidebar panel to the right of the screen under Settings, Display, People side view position. Then when you collapse the side panel it won’t bump into any photo issues

1st one is in the upper pane right below the person’s name-- it shows parents 1 and spouses 2-- click on spouse then whichever spouse you want to change view…
2nd option-- turn on LIFE SUMMARY by clicking on 2nd item in this panel
from there you click on the 3 dots next to a name ( child, spouse, sibling , or parent) hit GO TO PERSON and it will go to their page
@Rollgold guess I am confused abt what you want-- in RM 11 on pedigree version, you can still see the spouses in LIFE SUMMARY if you turn it on /click to open it and can always see Spouses in the upper corner as in this pic…
On the other hand, if you want what was in RM 7 as pictured below-- the answer is NO-- it’s not done that way anymore BUT really can’t see that much difference
If I recall correctly…pedigree chart would persons name & number of marriage to spouse…easy to click on number for correct one. I’m trying to remember…if you clicked again…family would show up…easy to check that info was loaded from transfer.
This is more time consuming to check children etc.
