Find my Past resources

I have a subscription to the Find My Past site. In Roots 7 was a able to connect through the Roots app to get my hints from find my past. Since I’ve switched to rm7, I get an error every time. I’ve pasted the error below… it appears that the format string RM7 is using is not correct. What do you think?

I’m a bit confused by your message - are you using RM7 or RM8?
I had no problems with FMP hints when I moved from RM7 to RM8 - the feature continued to work as it always had

Clear your browser cache

When I got that error message in RM8 in Firefox, I clicked tools, then settings, then privacy and security, then cookies & site data. Click on Manage Site Data and search for findmypast. Then remove selected. After all those steps the find my past hints worked for me.

Thanks, I looked and have several entries. Have deleted them all… hope it clears things up for me. crossing-my-fingers…
