My RM icon is missing
If i look at settings the pgm is listed but the only opt is to uninstall
However I do have desktop shortcut to my file and when i click it, it opens the file and pgm works,
How i install the icon?

Look in the Trash can for it. If there Restore.
OR install program again
Windows 11:
-Click the Start button on the taskbar
-Click All Apps (to the right of Pinned)
-Scroll down the alphabetical list of App names to RootsMagic 10
-With your pointing device, left-click, hold and drag that icon off to your Desktop

that would be unnecessary long step to fix but as last resort
it does resolve the missing icon issue

lol – well a hammer to laptop would also prevent any future RM “errors”.
(meant in fun sarcasm)
