There doesn’t seem to be the usual list of changes introduced in 11.2.0. The last couple of levels introduced the use of the new Ancestry API and then corrected a few bugs in the new implementation, so am a bit puzzled as to the focus on 11.2.0 when the old API has gone away.
On Monday Ancestry’s transitions to the new API was completed. We discovered right away an issue that caused a problem if you logged out of Ancestry in 11.1.0-11.1.3. It would not let you log back in. Ancestry turned the old API back on, so it was only off for an hour. To brief a time frame for most users since the auto-login was still retaining the connection for those versions. We had to tweak the permissions to make the connection work after logout. That required the release of 11.2.0 on Tuesday. Once we released 11.2.0 Ancestry turned off the old API and it’s all working now. There were no other fixes or enhancements added in version 11.2.0 than this.
