Somehow, I accidently added someone’s mother as their spouse (they are listed as both). I’ve tried unlinking the son from his parents and his spouses. When I try to add his correct spouses back in (he was married twice irl), I get the error message that they are already a couple and when I look at the son’s profile all of his spouses, including the accidental mother are listed as a spouse. When I try to unlink him from his spouses again, I get the error message that there are no spouses to unlink
make note of what is current (take screen shots or just done RINs)

If you need correctly thinks should appear normal.
I added a father incorrectly once
and the pedigree goes on forever lol
Did you try unlinking the problem person from all the links? If standing alone, try linking her to the appropriate child. If it still does not work, delete the person, then start over adding a mother.
