I just got a new computer, desk top model, and moved rootsmagic 11 over to new PC. Now I can’t create a pedigree chart or family group sheet. The button to do so does not appear at the bottome of the page as it used to do.
can you provide screenshot(s) so we are sure we understand.
Almost sounds like the program is not licensed on the computer you are using
Kevin, here are 3 screen shots. One of the page to create a pedigree chart and one of the family group sheet. I also included a screen shot of a page that has a bunch of x’s in a red circle. Can you tell me what they mean?

It’s hard to know, but it almost sounds like the screen on the new computer is smaller than on the old computer so the button is off the bottom of the screen. Or the screen on the new computer might even be bigger, but the graphics settings on the new computer might be such that the button is still off the bottom of the screen.
If either of those are the problem, you can scroll down to the button. It’s just the print button itself. Also, you may need to drag the top of the window higher or make the window fullscreen.
Anything towards the bottom of this window can just disappear. It seems to me that this window needs a makeover. And my apologies if I am misdiagnosing the problem.
You need to grab the top of the opened window (see below) by hovering your mouse cursor over its very top until the pointer changes to a double-ended vertical pair of arrows (resize window), then press and hold the left mouse button while dragging downward to shrink the height of the window a little bit. Then release mouse button. Now, you just grab the top of that window by placing mouse pointer somewhere in top border area of window, press and hold left mouse button and drag the window upwards a little to reveal the button.
BTW, You can Print a report or list from that screen by pressing Ctrl-Enter key combination.
You are correct. The button was hjd at bottom.
