I am trying to download my Ancestry tree (over 10,000 people, 350 photos, 34K records) and it hangs up when downloading media items. I have tried multiple times with no luck.
Any suggestions?
I think there is a lot of traffic right now on Ancestry. Try letting it sit overnight and see if it will finish.

OK, I’ve tried running it overnight (twice) and it still hangs up while downloading media (both times at 13%). Any suggestions?
Put in a support ticket and have RM support try downloading it.
