Add -> CountyCheck to Problem Options screen of Problem Search

While just answering a related question, I realized how handy it could be for users who’ve been entering Place names (either) by ignoring CountyCheck’s recommendation -or- having CountyCheck turned off… to have this option.

This could not only be helpful in identifying proper Place name per time period, but also event (fact) date issues/mistakes/typos. Currently there is no way to retroactively check and correct for such. Aside from re-scanning Place fields, most of the desired functionality is already built-in for detection, offering alternatives and saving changes.

There is a CountyCheck report where they can locate errors, etc.
