Access violation error w/Theme color change when higher visibility highlight bar enabled

With High contrast grid highlight checkmarked, if I leave the Edit Person window open and click over to Settings > Display Settings > Theme color and change it to a different color… I get this error popup:

Access violation at address 0000000000A8910C in module
'RootsMagic.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFD.

This error is sometimes followed by:

Invalid pointer operation.
