Wrong lines in 4th generation descendants chart?

I have printed a descendant chart with 4 generations. But the children of the two 3rd gen. couples are all connected along the same vertical line. Instead of one couple having 3 children and the other couple having 2 children, there is just one vertical line connecting all five of the children.

With a differently family (and in a separate file), I have the same situation with the 5th generation children.

Can anyone advise me? Thank you.

Check if you have anyone with more than one spouse. That’s usually what triggers this. It has been reported to development.
