Not a request or complaint - just a question: Why is AI Prompt Builder Under Lists and Not Tools?
When I watched Bruce’s introduction video on AI Prompt Builder, and then later began to play with it, I still don’t get the logic of how this feature isn’t a tool.
I agree that AI Prompt Builder belongs under Tools rather than under Lists. Maybe it was put under Lists because Lists had very few items and Tools already had a large number of items. Who knows what the reason is. But AI Prompt Builder belongs under Tools.
I also agree that I will probably access AI Prompt Builder about 100% of the time by using the Right Click rather than by using Lists or Tools.
I love the availability from the right-click drop; very handy. But that wasn’t how it was introduced by BB; instead he introduced this new tool as being accessed from Lists in the Menu ribbon.
With the AI Prompt Builder you can build a list of prompts that can be used on anyone in the database. Not unsimilar to how sentence templates and source templates being created and reused.
Many of the tools under Tools can make a list (e.g. , Not Duplicate List, Not Problem List, Count Trees makes a list of trees). That doesn’t make the tools into lists. They are still tools. The fact that AI Prompt Builder can make a list of prompts doesn’t make it into a list. It’s still a tool.
