One way is to go to File>Tools>Move/Rename

Another way in Windows is to navigate to the file in windows explorer and click the file twice (slowly) to highlight the file name and then just type your preferred name (ensuring you keep the file type intact). Open the file from RM10 and not by double clicking it.

OR click on the filename and right mouse to get the Menu and select Rename.

Also when you rename outside of RM, when launching RM you will need to Search for the new filename.
Rename within RM, no searching for it.
